Seattle Reign are back at Lumen Field on Friday night, hosting the San Deigo Wave. After losing five straight losses, the Reign are motivated to get results against a tough opponent. The match kicks off at 7 PM PT and will stream on Prime Video.
The Reign come into the match with a 1-5-0 record, while San Diego has gone 2-2-1 in five games.
The Reign and Wave both have some key players injured for the match. They also both have mid-week games that follow, with the Reign hosting the top-of-the-league Kansas City Current and San Diego playing against Utah next Wednesday. Rotation is needed because of injuries, but who else might we see get minutes ahead of a three-game week?
Here's hoping the Reign start the week strong with some points at home.
