Same again, then. The Sounders hosted Austin FC on Wednesday evening, and continued to look listless, uninterested, and out of ideas. I guess there was a little stretch coming out of the halftime break when they looked to get after it a bit, probably thanks to some choice yelling from Brian Schmetzer. And they did get a late consolation goal off the head of young Stuart Hawkins. But in between, they shipped two goals, which seemed inevitable, and Austin were allowed to be in complete control on the road.
