Seattle Sounders traveled to Frisco, TX, to take on FC Dallas in thankfully non-summer conditions. They had one big chance, a skittering ball through the box that Cristian Roldan couldn’t quite get right. Other than that, the match went about as you’d depressingly expect. The Sounders were the better of the two teams but didn’t really play like it, so a point from a goalless draw seems about right.
