The Seattle Sounders hosted Minnesota United on Sunday afternoon. The Loons did a slightly better job playing their game than the Sounders did playing theirs, and came out 3-2 winners. After a scoreless first half, there were four goals scored in seven minutes in the second, with Seattle’s tally coming so quickly as to catch the camera operators by surprise. The Sounders pushed to close the margin, seeing one effort headed off the line and another scoot just wide before their second came by way of an own goal in the 83rd minute.
