The Seattle Sounders claimed their ninth trophy of their MLS era with a resounding 3-0 win over Inter Miami on Sunday in front of a record crowd of 69,314. Osaze De Rosario, Alex Roldan and Paul Rothrock each had goals, with Roldan also picking up a pair of assists.
The Sounders became the first MLS team to win all five available trophies, adding this to their collection that includes four U.S. Open Cups, two MLS Cups, a Supporters’ Shield and a Concacaf Champions League title. They have also been to 12 cup finals in that time.
In addition to the trophy, the Sounders also secured a spot in the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup Round of 16.
Andrew Thomas, who allowed just two goals in six games, was named the Best Goalkeeper and Pedro de la Vega won the Best Player award.
