The Seattle Sounders are back, baby! In their first match of the year, Seattle ran out winners against the visiting Colorado Rapids. The 2-0 scoreline was nice, but man, did this feel like a rusty season opener. Jordan Morris picked up his requisite start-of-season injury, the refereeing was questionable (leading to a first half that ran over the hour mark), and the announcing (on MLS Season Pass, at least) was rough. Hope y’all enjoyed watching Alex Thomas in goal as much as I did!
