The Seattle Sounders still haven't won in Utah since 2011, falling 2-1 to Real Salt Lake on Saturday. The Sounders started off strong, but after Kevin Cabral made a couple quality saves it was RSL who struck first on a well-taken goal by Aiden Hezarkhani. Then, just after halftime, RSL added to their lead when Ariath Piol put away a feed from Zavier Gozo. The Sounders did pull back a goal through a Cristian Roldan header and appeared to have the equalizer when Danny Musovski volleyed in a cross, but Paul Rothrock was deemed offside in the buildup.
