Starting tonight, Seattle Sounders matches will re-air on FOX 13+ every Tuesday at 7 PM PT during the season. FOX 13+ is available on virtually all cable systems locally, as well as channel 22.1 over the air.
The Sounders are so far one of just a handful of MLS teams that have taken advantage of a new policy that allows them to re-air matches at least 48 hours after the live broadcast on Apple TV. While some other teams appear to be prioritizing getting the games on as quickly as possible — Charlotte FC matches will air at 11 PM on a variety of days, for instance — the Sounders have opted for more appointment-style viewing with every weekend match being shown on Tuesday at 7 PM.
This is an expansion of an existing relationship with FOX 13 that includes live broadcasts of Seattle Reign matches as well as shoulder and postgame programming around both teams. It also marks a return of the Sounders to FOX 13+, where their games were aired live from 2014-2022, and ended when Apple TV took over both local and national rights for the entire league.
