After Canada's advancement yesterday they will pay particular attention to the evening game between Netherlands and Morocco for their Round of 16 opponent. Two of the best modern teams to not win a Men's World Cup, the sides are ranked sixth (Morocco) and seventh (Netherlands) by FIFA.
Thankfully today's three-match action starts early for some beautiful soccer to co-work with. Japan is trying to upset Brazil in the morning game.
Sandwiched between the two are Germany and Paraguay, another test of Europe's dominance so far.

What’s interesting today?
- With only two teams from the AFC making the Round of 32, the confederation needs strong performances to keep their eight automatic qualifiers.
- Morocco is one of the nine advancers from CAF. No confederation took advantage of expansion more than Africa, with all but one team advancing. Morocco is one of six cohosts in 2030 (Spain, Portugal, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay).
- Rumored FC Cincinnati target Neymar has played only 14 minutes in the World Cup so far. He has insisted he's playing through his contract that ends in December.
