City officials have estimated that there were close to 1 million people in downtown Seattle during Monday's World Cup Round of 16 match between the United States and Belgium. That rivals the crowd that showed up for the Seattle Seahawks’ Super Bowl parade in February.

Almost as impressive was the march to the match itself, which city officials have estimated swelled to about 25,000 people, which is 10,000 more than showed up for the USA-Australia match.

To help give a sense of just how massive of a march that is, friend of Sounder at Heart Joe Towner used his 360 camera to capture the action. If you’re so inclined, you can use virtual-reality glasses to be full immersed in the video he shot below:

Towner also shot a 360 photo of the crowd at Brick Park in Pioneer Square. That crowd was likely close to 10,000 people as it filled even the surrounding streets.

Finally, he also captured this image of the scene at the waterfront before the march.
